Meditation & Mindfulness

Guided practices to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance

Participants will learn simple mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises that can be integrated into their daily routine. The session includes guided meditation, practical stress- relief tools, and strategies to remain calm and present during busy workdays.
