Lucas
Lucas
Boxing Coach
With nearly 20 years of competitive soccer experience, my foundation as an athlete was built on discipline, teamwork, and high-performance training. After battling recurring injuries, I discovered CrossFit—a method that reignited my passion for fitness and gave me a new competitive outlet. Today, I train in both CrossFit and HYROX, blending functional strength, endurance, and mental resilience. My mission is to inspire others to push past limitations and discover what they're truly capable of—both in and out of the gym.
